We would recommend that drivers that are unfamiliar with Malaysia be informed of the importance of having a new Touch and Go before setting out as old ones no longer functions

Encik Hasan went the extra mile to lend me Wahdah's Touch n Go card which we did not have and found it difficult to buy. That saved us a lot of time and hassle. The vehicle was very well maintained and comfortable. Every functionality worked.

Very good service. Just that the office can't be found in grab apps map. Difficult to go and collect car if wanna go by grab car. Othet than that, superb experience with Wahdah. Bravo especially, to Hasan. Very helpful.

Wahdah doesn't fail to provide the best services to us. Our car was upgraded and our request for extensions was granted. We drove from Johor to Penang with the car's best condition. We communicated with Zee and she arranged our trips online with patience and accommodated to our needs. Recently the weather has been bad. We have kids with us and had to drive slowly for safety reasons. Zee was so thoughtful of our safety and gave us the priority to have our car rental extended. Hassan was kind to wait for us during the pick up as we were caught at the Jb immigration for 2hrs. We are so touched by Wahdah staffs gestures. We always felt safe with Wahdah cars and staffs excellent services. Thank you so much Wahdah for making our trip so pleasant once again.
