Vehicle was almost brand new. Clean and operating smoothly. Staff was efficient when handing over the car during the start of rental. They were understanding when we returned the car slightly later due to traffic jam heading towards JB. I recommend those who want to drive around Malaysia from JB as they have shuttle to pick you up from wherever including Singapore. For those riding in, you are able to park your bike safely in their compound. 10/10 will come again!

Booking was very easy. Communication was also easy and responsive. They offered a complimentary upgrade when my original vehicle of choice was not arriving on time. Pick-ups and handovers were also very smooth. Questions about the car was also very patiently answered by the handler. 10/10 will book again if I ever need to rent a vehicle.
